OUR SPORTS FACILITIES

• 3G all weather pitch. During the winter, the pitch benefits from full floodlighting, making it easy to play after dusk.
• Dance studio, mirrored wall, dance bar and full sound system.
• Sports hall which includes 4 full sized badminton courts, basketball court, netball court, volleyball court, 5-a-side football pitch
• Rugby field
• Running track
• Fitness weights and equipment
• Changing room and shower facilities

HAIR AND BEAUTY SALON

   Our hair salon has 6 stations fully equipped with the tools for washing, cutting, colouring, and styling hair.  Pupils get a hands-on approach to hairdressing, working with models to cut, style, and blow dry hair.  Pupils will take part in a City and Guilds Level 2 Diploma in Hair Services, completing both practical knowledge and coursework to gain this qualification.   

 MAIN HALL 

• Lecture Theatre/Auditorium with retractable seating of up to 260 people  (additional seating can be provided)
• Refreshment area
• Drama studio

All the above are set up with full AV capabilities.

We have a fantastic musical production department here at Cardiff West. Last year's production was Annie Jr. Our new production in the making is The Wizard of Oz. An update of this year's production will follow soon.
